One new species of the genus Taphroderoides Scivittaro, 1975, and new records for Neotropical species of Stereodermus Lacordaire, 1866 (Coleoptera, Brentidae)

One new species of the genus Taphroderoides Scivittaro, 1975, and new records for Neotropical species of Stereodermus Lacordaire, 1866 (Coleoptera, Brentidae). A new species of the genus Taphmderoides Scivittaro, 1975 (Taphroderinae), is described from French Guiana, illustrated and compared to the only other known species of the genus. T. doctus (Kleine, 1927). One new synonymy and new country records are proposed for Neotropical species of the genus Stereodermus Lacordaire, 1866 (Cyphagoginae).
