A new species O. (Namertanus) vargovitchi Davidian, sp. n. from the complex Tournieria-complex is described from the West Caucasus. It is closely related to O. glebi Davidian et Savitsky, 2006, from which it differs in the following features: narrow body shape with shiny integument, absence of eyes, flattened epistomal carina without apical epistomal angles, sparse punctuation on disc of pronotum, declivous apical elytral slope, broader and smoother elytral interstriae, sparser body pubescence.
